Refuel Mobile is the only Ontario provider that delivers gasoline directly to the cars sitting on your lot. Save 24+ labour hours every month, eliminate gas-station runs entirely, and put your sales team back on the floor where they belong.
Wheel-to-wheel fuel delivery is an on-site gasoline service that fills every vehicle on your dealership lot in place. No driver dispatched, no station detour, no key-handoff downtime. Refuel Mobile is the only operator in Ontario delivering regular gasoline (not just diesel) directly to dealership inventory. Our national competitors are diesel-only fleet plays. The dealership lot is a market they have structurally walked away from.
The default alternative is internal: a porter, salesperson, or lot attendant pulls a vehicle off the lot, drives it to the nearest Esso or Shell, fills it, and returns. Multiplied across daily test drives, customer deliveries, recon, and trade-prep, that workflow consumes 24+ hours of paid labour per month at the average mid-volume dealership. Customers never see it. Your P&L always does.
We replace the entire workflow with a single recurring on-site visit.

We work with new-car franchise dealers, used-car superstores, and multi-rooftop dealer groups across Ontario.
keeping demo, loaner, and test-drive vehicles ready to roll
fueling recon and front-line inventory before a customer ever sees the vehicle

wanting one account, one invoice, and one schedule across every location
preparing inventory for sale without rotating staff to the pump
where every recovered labour hour ships directly to gross
Our dealership customers in the GTA, London, and Hamilton corridors report the same outcome inside the first month of service: lot porters and sales staff stop running fuel errands. The 30 to 90 minutes they used to lose every shift returns to the activities that actually move metal.
You pick the cadence:

Scheduled
You tell us how many vehicles need fueling and how often (daily, three times a week, weekly, or seasonal). We build a recurring delivery window into your operations calendar.
We arrive on-site.
Our TSSA and TDG certified technicians bring the truck to your lot during the agreed window. No keys exchanged, no vehicles moved, no salesperson pulled off a deal.

You get one invoice.
Every fill is logged by VIN, stall number, and litre count. One consolidated monthly invoice replaces dozens of pump receipts and reimbursement requests.
First delivery happens within five business days of a signed agreement. Most dealerships are fully transitioned off station-runs within 30 days.
The numbers below reflect a typical 25-vehicle dealership running daily test drives.
| Metric | Refuel Mobile (Wheel-to-Wheel) | Traditional Gas-Station Fueling |
|---|---|---|
| Labour hours per month | 0 | 24+ |
| Recovered labour cost (at $25/hr) | $0 | $600–$1,500 |
| Vehicles unavailable during fueling | 0 | 1–2 at all times |
| Fuel reconciliation | Single monthly invoice | Per-receipt reimbursement |
| Driver liability exposure | None (we handle the fuel) | Every staff fuel-run is a liability event |
| Per-VIN fueling log | Included | Manual spreadsheet |
| Cost per litre | Wholesale plus delivery | Retail pump price |
| CO₂ saved per fill vs. station trip | 1.4 lb | Baseline |
For a 25-car lot, the recovered labour figure alone typically clears $1,200 to $1,800 per month before any fuel-price spread is applied.
Both. Refuel Mobile is the only fuel-delivery operator in Ontario serving dealerships with regular gasoline (87, 89, and 91 octane). The national competitors active in Ontario are diesel-only and do not service automotive retail inventory.
Yes. Our trucks are TSSA-certified and meet TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) standards for on-site dispensing. We carry full commercial liability coverage and provide a certificate of insurance to your dealership on request.
Our technicians follow a perimeter protocol that keeps active fuel transfer at least three metres from customer or staff foot traffic. Most dealerships schedule us before opening hours, which removes the question entirely.
Either way works. Multi-rooftop dealer groups can choose consolidated parent-account billing or per-store invoicing, depending on how your accounting reconciles fuel cost.
Five business days from signed agreement to first scheduled delivery in our active service area. Outside the active area, add 7 to 10 days for route assessment and onboarding.
Yes. Saturday and Sunday delivery windows are available in the GTA, London, and Hamilton markets, with Sunday service expanding into Barrie and Kitchener through 2026.
You can scale the cadence up or down with no contract penalty. Most dealers add a Saturday window during the spring and summer push and dial back in January.
Tell us how many vehicles sit on your lot and how often they need fueling. We respond within 24 hours with a route assessment, monthly cost estimate, and the first available start date.
