You should not have to send an excavator off-site to fuel up. Refuel Mobile delivers diesel, gasoline, and bulk DEF directly to your job site, on your schedule, before your crew arrives. Same-day quote. Same-week start. Zero equipment off-site.
Construction site fuel delivery is a per-site service that brings diesel, gasoline, and DEF directly to the equipment that needs it, on the schedule the schedule demands. No yellow-iron driven off-site. No jerry-can babysitting. No light tower running dry at 11 PM on a Friday.
The default Ontario job site still solves fueling one of three painful ways: jerry cans hauled in by a labourer, an unmonitored on-site bulk tank that bleeds fuel and paperwork in equal measure, or a slow callout to a local distributor who can show up the day after you needed them. All three create a class of risk a site superintendent should not have to carry: equipment downtime, fuel theft, spill liability, and missed inspection windows.
We collapse all of it into one recurring service. Our trucks are TSSA-certified and meet TDG standards for on-site dispensing. Our portable MyTank units are ULC-listed for permanent or semi-permanent on-site storage on your active sites.

We deliver to construction operators across Ontario:
running multi-trade commercial and institutional builds
with road, bridge, water, and utility work

moving heavy iron daily
with short-window, high-equipment-density sites
needing a fueling partner their renters can call directly
with dedicated equipment classes
(solar, wind, transmission) with remote sites and 24/7 generator load
with multi-year contracts and audit trail requirements
The common thread: every operator above runs equipment that physically cannot drive to a gas station. The fuel has to come to them, on time, every time, with paperwork that survives an audit.
Our service runs on a three-step cadence built for construction:

Site walk and fuel plan.
You tell us what equipment runs on the site, expected daily burn rate, and access constraints. We map a delivery cadence (daily, three times a week, weekly, on-call) and place a MyTank portable unit if your site is large enough to warrant one.
We deliver before your crew arrives.
Our TSSA and TDG certified technicians fuel every piece of equipment in place during your designated window. Most sites schedule us between 4 AM and 6 AM so equipment is topped off before the first hammer swings.

You get one report per site, per month.
Every fill is logged by equipment ID, fuel grade, litre count, and timestamp. Per-site reporting rolls up into a single multi-site invoice if you are a GC managing several active builds.
First delivery happens within five business days of contract signing. Emergency callouts (tower running dry, generator down, weekend pour) are available on a same-day basis across the GTA and London corridors.
The numbers below reflect a typical mid-sized job site running an excavator, two skid steers, a light tower, and a generator across a five-day week.
| Metric | Refuel Mobile | Jerry Cans / Crew Fuel Runs | Unmonitored On-Site Bulk Tank | Slow Local Distributor |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Equipment hours lost to fueling per week | 0 | 4–6 | 1–2 | 6–10 (waiting on callouts) |
| Labour hours lost per week | 0 | 5–8 | 2 | 1-2 |
| Fuel theft / shrinkage exposure | Logged, sealed | Constant | High (industry avg 3–7%) | None |
| Spill liability on-site | Carrier-insured | On the GC | On the GC | On the carrier (when present) |
| Per-equipment fuel log | Included | None | Manual | Inconsistent |
| Same-day emergency response | Available (GTA, London) | If a crew member drives to the station | Tank is empty when you find out | Day-after at best |
| Multi-site consolidated billing | Yes | Manual receipt rollup | Per-site only | Per-site only |
| ULC-certified portable storage option | Yes (MyTank) | No | Maybe (if certified) | No |
A 90-day project that loses 5 equipment-hours per week to fueling is bleeding 65 hours of equipment time across the build. At industry rental rates ($75 to $250/hr depending on class), that is $4,875 to $16,250 of recoverable margin before you count labour.
Excavators, dozers, skid steers, loaders, telehandlers, light towers, generators, compactors, paving equipment, cranes, mobile mechanic trucks, and any pickup or service vehicle running on the same site. If it runs diesel, gasoline, or needs DEF, we fuel it.
Yes. Our MyTank portable units are ULC-listed for on-site storage and available in multiple capacities. Common configurations include 1,000-litre and 2,000-litre units for 30-to-90-day site durations, with larger units available for long-duration infrastructure projects.
Yes. We deliver bulk DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) on the same delivery run as your diesel. Most newer excavators, loaders, and gen-sets running SCR aftertreatment need DEF on a roughly 1:50 ratio against diesel burn. We size the DEF cadence to match.
Within four hours across the GTA and London corridors during business hours, and within eight hours overnight or weekends. Outside the active corridors, we dispatch as fast as the route allows and confirm an ETA at the time of the call.
Yes. Most construction sites schedule us between 4 AM and 6 AM weekdays so equipment is fueled before the crew arrives. Weekend pours, night shifts, and 24/7 generator-load sites get dedicated overnight delivery windows.
We carry full commercial liability insurance, our trucks are TSSA-certified for on-site dispensing, and our drivers are TDG-trained for the transportation of dangerous goods. Certificate of insurance, safety data sheets, and site-specific safety paperwork are provided before first delivery.
Per-site delivery, per-site logs, one consolidated parent invoice. You see exactly what each project burned, exported in whatever format your accounting system runs. Cost-coding by job number is supported.
Yes. Active service routes cover the GTA, London, Hamilton, Barrie, Kitchener, Oakville, Brampton, and Mississauga. For projects outside the active corridors, we evaluate per-site based on duration and burn volume.
Tell us where the site is, what equipment is on it, and how long the project runs. We respond within 24 hours with a delivery cadence, a per-litre rate, and a recommendation on whether a MyTank portable unit makes sense for the site.
