If your drivers are still burning 45 minutes a week on fuel runs, you are paying for fuel twice. Refuel Mobile delivers gas and diesel directly to your yard, your vehicles, and your shift schedule. No more cardlock detours. No more receipt reconciliation. No more drivers off-route at 4:47 PM on a Friday.
On-site fleet fueling is a service that delivers gasoline and diesel directly to your vehicle in your yard, eliminating the 45 to 60 minutes per driver per week spent on fuel-station runs. Ontario fleets using Refuel Mobile save an average of $1,500 per vehicle per year in recovered labour, lower per-litre cost, and avoided cardlock overhead.
The default Ontario fleet still operates on one of two systems: gas cards (Petro Points, Esso Business, Shell Fleet) or cardlock networks (4Refuel, Husky, Pioneer). Both work. Neither is cheap once you actually price the full cost.
A gas card masks the labour spent. A cardlock masks the route inefficiency. Neither line item shows up in your fuel report, but both bleed margin every shift. Mobile fleet fueling collapses all of it: zero driver detours, zero per-transaction reconciliation, zero card management overhead.

We work with operators across the Ontario fleet landscape:
running 10 to 100+ vehicles on tight route windows
(HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscape) where every fuel-stop is a callback delayed

that need auditable per-vehicle fuel logs
(pickups, supervisor trucks, mobile mechanics) operating across multiple job sites
where idle-time matters as much as fuel cost
with procurement requirements that gas cards cannot satisfy
The common thread: every operator above already knows what fuel costs at the pump. They do not yet know what fuel costs in driver time, route inefficiency, and reconciliation overhead. That is the figure mobile fleet fueling actually addresses.
Our service runs on a three-step cadence:

Map your Fleet.
You tell us where your vehicles park, how often they fuel, and what fuel grades you run. We build a delivery schedule around your shift starts (overnight, pre-dawn, between shifts, weekends — whatever works).
We arrive On-site.
Our TSSA and TDG certified technicians fuel every vehicle in place. No keys exchanged. No drivers pulled off route. No yard congestion.

You get one Report.
Every fill is logged by VIN, vehicle ID, litre count, fuel type, and timestamp. One consolidated invoice replaces dozens of card statements and receipt envelopes.
First delivery happens within five business days of contract signing. Most fleets are fully transitioned off cards or cardlock inside 30 days.
The numbers below reflect a typical 10-vehicle Ontario fleet running standard 5-day operations.
| Metric | Refuel Mobile | Gas Cards (Esso/Shell/Petro) | Cardlock (4Refuel/Husky) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Driver time on fuel runs (per week) | 0 minutes | 45–60 minutes | 30–45 minutes |
| Recovered labour per month (10 trucks at $30/hr) | $900–$1,200 | $0 | $0 |
| Out-of-route mileage per fill | 0 km | 3–8 km | 5–15 km |
| Reconciliation effort | Single monthly invoice | Receipt-by-receipt audit | Card-by-card statement |
| Fuel spend per litre | Wholesale + delivery | Retail pump price | Wholesale + cardlock margin |
| Per-VIN fueling log | Included | Manual spreadsheet | Cardlock report (no VIN) |
| Average annual savings per vehicle | $1,500 | Baseline | Baseline |
| CO₂ saved per fill | 1.4 lb vs. station trip | Baseline | Baseline |
The savings figure is conservative. Fleets running multiple shifts or longer routes typically clear $1,800 to $2,400 per vehicle per year.
Five vehicles, or any fleet consuming roughly 1,500 litres per month. Below that, gas cards are usually still cheaper; above it, mobile fueling almost always wins on total cost.
We price wholesale plus a per-litre delivery margin that is fixed for the term of the agreement. Most Ontario fleets see a per-litre cost within five cents of cardlock, and recover the difference (and more) through eliminating driver-time and route inefficiency.
Yes. Most fleet customers keep a small card program for over-the-road emergencies and out-of-area trips. The 95% of fueling that happens in your yard moves to us. The 5% edge case stays on a card.
Yes. Overnight, pre-dawn, between shifts, and weekend windows are all available across the GTA, London, Hamilton, and Barrie corridors. Many fleets schedule us between 10 PM and 5 AM so vehicles are fueled and ready before drivers arrive.
Yes. We deliver regular gasoline (87, 89, 91 octane), diesel, and bulk DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) on the same delivery run. Mixed fleets are our most common customer profile.
Every fill is logged by VIN, fuel grade, litre volume, and timestamp. Reports export to CSV, integrate with most fleet management platforms, and meet CRA fuel-tax credit (FTC) documentation requirements.
We service multi-yard operators across Ontario. Each yard gets its own delivery schedule and its own line-item billing, consolidated into one parent invoice if you prefer.
For most Ontario fleets, we replace cardlock entirely within 60 days. For fleets with significant over-the-road operations outside our service area, we operate alongside a smaller card program covering only the edge cases.
Tell us how many vehicles you run, what fuel grades you need, and where your yard is. We respond within 24 hours with a route assessment, a per-litre delivery cost, and a projected monthly savings figure based on your current spend.
