Job Description:

Reporting to the VP, Sales of Marketing, the Commission Sales Rep is responsible for growing sales within the city they operate in on a yearly basis. The ideal candidate has a passion for authentic engagement and is responsible to ensure ReFuel Mobile’s service is positioned as the premium brand across fleet vehicle channels. 

As a member of the sales team, you will be the in-market face of the ReFuel Mobile brand in your respective city. You will work closely with the Account Managers to foster relationships with companies that have fleet vehicles by delivering value through a high-quality, consistent, effective and efficient visiting program cycle. 

By utilizing various online resources such as LinkedIn, Social Media, Google Maps, YellowPages, and other resources, you will identify and prospect for new opportunities. He or she will diligently input, manage and update the information in our CRM, so that it can be effectively and easily utilized by members of the sales team. Effectively learning and utilizing available tools and online resources is essential to the success of set goals and objectives. Previous experience would be an asset for this role, however it is not mandatory. 


Core Job Duties

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to any new customer or lead
  • Cultivate new leads 
  • Engage with new customers in person, on the phone or via email
  • Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Maintain data accuracy through the daily upkeep of our CRM tool
  • Maintain visibility within your city and become known as a ReFuel Mobile brand ambassador, to connect with consumers through potential trade shows, invited private gatherings, and industry events.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years minimum of experience in sales within a relevant fast-paced environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Ability to think, plan and sell strategically
  • Familiar with key sales tools such as CRM, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
  • Have a sense of humour
